peanut butter rice krispie squares

We love peanut butter in our house so you can imagine how excited I was to find this recipe while sorting (and purging) my recipe collection this weekend.

Peanut Butter Rice Krispie Squares

2 tbsp butter or margarine
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
250 g (4 cups) mini marshmallows
6 cups Rice Krispies (but also great with Special K)
